Rules to Join
- Please use a reasonable name: no numbers, special characters or sTiCkY cApS. Your name will be edited if it is deemed unreasonable.
- If you have a website and want it linked a link back is required. I will not link your information to your website if I can't find a code (it should be fairly easy to find).
- Do not directly link to the codes; save them to your own server and link to them from there (if you don't have a server, upload them to Photobucket or Imageshack). Direct linking is bandwidth theft and is illegal.

Please use the form below for joining only. Hit the submit button only once, as your application is entered into the database, and ready for approval. If you have any problems, feel more than free to contact me . If you would like to update your information, you can do so here. The asterisks (*) are required fields. Please note that your email address is only used to contact you in the event that this listing should move or close. It will not be displayed publicly as I have made a personal decision not to.
Passwords are required to update your information (if wanted); however, you can leave the fields blank and have the script generate a 16 alphanumeric password for you.
